Delivery Policy
Order processing time
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days, During Seasonal times order processing can take up to 3 business days, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order

Delivery Locations
we deliver our products from our stores located in Bahrain, we currently deliver in Bahrain only with plans to expand to the GCC countries in the future

Delivery costs
orders placed have a flat rate delivery cost of 2BD

Local Pickup
We offer Free local pickup at our store at Al Aali complex, select the pickup option and make your purchase, after receiving your order confirmation, pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within a day, if you have placed your order after business hours your order will be prepared the following day.

Refund Policy
We don't accept refunds unless it's a special case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
